Hi ya Oilers fans! I Hawks fan come in peace.
From the players you got (Oilers+Condors)

1st. Benson(L)-Marody(R)-McDavid(L)
visitors insight: Marody is not complete alien to playing as a first line center
has played as a 1st line center in both NCAA & AHL,
I see Marody as a 1st line center.
Benson has played well with Marody in the AHL, yes?
would be foolish not to use their chemistry. Anyone
ever noticed that even thou McDavid is a center,
he doesn't play like one, he plays more like a 60% winger 40% center
-> put him to RW, no brainer, right?.
I think him as a winger would help him to score more goals as well
by not always carrying the puck with tons of speed -> letting the center
carry the puck once in a while would leave McDavid open for goals.

2nd. Yamamoto(L)-Draisaitl(L)-Puljujärvi(R)
visitors insight: small-sample-size. Your team has dumped on
both of your great prospects; Pulju&Yama. Really not given
a fair shake, like a REAL shake, obviously both been mismanaged,
both are top 6 players, even right now, even a blind person can see it,
putting them to top 6 for few games here and there and seeing them fail
means absolutely nothing.

3rd. Spooner(L)-NugentHopkins(L)-Chiasson(R)
visitors insight: I keep hearing positive things said about
Chiasson. Teaming Nuge with Chiasson could give your team
a solid shut down duo, Spooner would bring speed and give
a shot for additional scoring due to NugentHopkins
playmaking abilities, but keep Spooner out of situations
where he is left alone defending, always make sure he
is with a buddy. - buddy-buddy system works, not just a cliché.

4th. Caggiula(L)-Brodziak(R)-Hebig(R)
visitors insight: at best Brodziak can be super valuable for any team,
great at face-offs, good two-way center, PK specialist, Caggiula is an all out
grinder, who bring lots of things, gives additional scoring, Brodziak,Caggiula,Hebig
trio would surprise many teams i think, Hebig is worth to bring for his PP skills,
like in the AHL in his rookie season and as a junior, he has always been really good in
both PP&PK. BTW. i used to follow his junior career,....a-ha wasn't wrong, didn't remember
wrong, <just checked his pp&pk stats> 23+40=63 pp points with 7+2= sh points as a junior
this season: 6 pp goals, 1 sh goal in the AHL.

1st. Nurse-Bouchard
2nd. Garrison-Bear
3rd. Jones-Benning
visitors insight: Call Bouchard back ASAP, looking at your record
with and without Bouchard....no brainer really. Nurse isn't as bad
what i have read about him, how he has been playing this season,
give him a chance. Every team needs experience for D, now that you
don't have Sekeras, it gotta be Garrison, also one can always use his
shot and solid blue line game on PP. Bear was a superstar in the juniors
a true offensive threat, why not use him, correctly. Jones has proved
that he can handle himself against grown men, i would be bold
enough to promote him, a solid two-way d-man. Could create a solid
two-way pair with Benning.

SG. Koskinen
BG. Montoya
visitors insight: I think the Talbot era has come to its end and Koskinen
as a starter is a no brainer. Few years back Montoya was a solid back up
goaltender for the Islanders, for the Jets and for the Panthers,
i really believe he could re-kindle his back up status in the NHL.

PP1
Hebig(R)-Marody(R)-McDavid(L)
Garrison(L)-Bear(R)

PP2
Puljujärvi(R)-NugentHopkins(L)-Draisaitl(L)
Bouchard(R)-Yamamoto(L)

PK1
NugentHopkins(L)-Hebig(R)
Garrison(L)-Nurse(L)

PK2
Brodziak(R)-Chiasson(R)
Jones-(L)-Benning(R)

visitors insight: The key for both PP&PK (to every 5 on 5 line as well)
is handiness. McDavid can feed the puck to either Hebig or to Bear
for one timers, Garrison can send pucks to the net for redirect and
can create a circle play with Hebig,Bear and Mcdavid.
Puljujärvi was often used by Jukka Jalonen (WJC) between the circles for PP
for one timers, to fool teams by not using Patrik Laine and his spot
and his shot, it worked for so many times.
Nugent&Hebig for a reason that Hebig is big threat for SH goals,
Brodziak&Chiasson would be solid. The d-pairs i chose for their two-way
abilities.

I like your try on the third line. I think it is the exact same line that was put on against Calgary before Todd shenanigan'd the line up.
