In just his second NHL game, Edmonton Oilers forward Iiro Pakarinen netted his first NHL goal in the Oilers’ come-from-behind, 3-2 win over the Buffalo Sabres.

With the Oilers controlling the puck in the Sabres’ zone, Oilers’ defender Mark Fayne fired a shot on goal from the point that was stopped by Sabres’ goaltender Michal Neuvirth. Neuvirth left a big rebound, however, and Pakarinen made no mistake in burying that rebound to tie the score at one.… read more
