</p> A balanced offensive attack*combined with*solid defensive play has propelled Team Canada to the semi-finals of the 2015 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament. The Canadians will now meet up with a country*whom they normally cross paths with as the games become more important, their rivals from Russia.
A deep defensive group for Canada at this tournament includes Kale Clague, an offensive defenseman who plays for the Brandon Wheat Kings of the WHL. Clague’s offensive skills haven’t been a required element in Canada’s recipe for success at this Ivan Hlinka, but*some of that talent has been on display in Canada’s first three games.… read more
