Team USA hasn't played badly at the 2013 World Junior Championship, but they find themselves in a must-win situation heading into their final game of the preliminary round. The need for a win over Slovakia, a team that has played some good hockey at this WJC, has come about because of today's close but hard-fought loss against Canada.



USA forward J.T. Miller, along with many of the forwards on this year's team, hasn't made an offensive splash so far at this WJC, having scored one goal in the three games the USA has played. Miller, a New York Rangers prospect, is playing in the AHL this season for the Connecticut Whale after spending the 2011-12 season with the OHL's Plymouth Whalers.… read more
