Victor Rask and Elias Lindholm Display l33t Shootout Skills

Carolina's Victor Rask and Elias Lindholm displayed some sick moves against Calvin Pickard in the shootout tonight. Awesome to see these moves, not awesome to pick up the 2 points.

From my vantage point in the upper bowl I initially thought Lindholm's shot went off the crossbar and out, but my god two beautiful shootout goals.

Rask's was pretty good, but Lindholm's wasn't all that great. Pickard played those quite poorly

Rask's was a real beauty, but Lindholm's was mostly Pickard being bad in shootouts.

I agree that Lindholm's isn't as impressive, but one thing about that kid is he has the fundamental skill to make it look easy. He's not as flashy as some other prospects but I suspect he will score a lot of points with subtle moves like that.
