The answer is taking out sobotka as a middle 6 winger and plugging in one of our AHLers. (Also pilut for Nelson)
Nelson's actually playing quite well lately. The money move would be to trade Risto and put Pilut in his spot. Or Dahlin, depending on handedness, Pilut can take Dahlin's spot if Dahlin moves into Risto's.

Trading away some playing over 20 minutes a night and plugging in a rookie isn’t the safest bet. Nelson playing better for a few games doesn’t change the fact he struggles to consistently be an effective bottom pairing guy.

Yeah, not like he played pro games since 2013-2014.

He is 23 and more ready than both Tage and Mitts.
