Vice President of Hockey Operations

I am a university student currently enrolled in the Management faculty at University of Manitoba. For a Human Resource class, I need to do an analysis of a job for hiring purposes (eg. job specifications, qualifications, skills/experiences, recruitment & selection process, etc.) I am thinking I will do it on the Vice President of Hockey Operations for a NHL team. I have pursued a few channels of researching, and was just wondering if anyone on this board could offer me any insight, information, places to look for further information, etc.?
