while im not a mccaw fan at all, he was good defensively and did a good job tonight on conelly, davis and most of that bench have been really bad this trip(thomas played effectively tonight). also, burning out patrick maccaw and not siakam in the regular season is just fine by me lol.
its a blessing really for a few guys, gasol looked cooked after the world championships...thats alot of basketball for a guy like him at his age. and ibaka has been known to look really tired too with heavy minutes throughout a full season. as long as we get healthy for the postseason i wouldnt bet against the raps getting to the finals again.
ye that first clips game with 3 of our starters out for example, we only lost because we couldnt make a shot in the 4th...like historically bad shooting. when this team loses its because they cant make any shots, especially from deep. but postseason is a different animal.
Heat are good but they are not as good as the start of the season indicated. They are falling back to reality lately. The Spolstera factor plays a role though. He is a great coach.
ye but for once im not worried about lowry going awol in the post season, and last season FVV played like trash until like game 5 of the bucks series when he had his baby. just going through it all last year and a few players growth might nullify most of that. gonna be exciting. i flew back for for 24 hours for game 5 of the finals last year, i might have to plan the same thing again lol.
