In a unique game, the Quebec University All-Stars will play the Laval Rocket (AHL affiliate of the Montreal Hab-Nots) on Sept 10th. I assume that means McGill/Concordia/UQTR put together.

The Bluegars finally announced their pre-season games and added a previously unannounced game against Lethbridge on Sept 19th. Here's the deal:

Sep 10 Mount Royal at Calgary
Sep 17 Calgary at Mount Royal
Sep 19 Lethbridge at Mount Royal
Sep 21 Mount Royal at Lethbridge

So we should have the whole CW schedule down. There are a few gaps:

- Alberta has them at Sask on Sept 13-14. While they are at Saskatoon, they actually play Manitoba in one game and Sask in the other.

- Manitoba does not have the Sept 13-14 nor Oct 5-7 weekends posted, but those games are announced elsewhere.

- UBC does not have their game against SFU posted.

- Lethbridge does not have their game on Sept 19th posted.

- Sask has just two games: At home in the tournament they host. That seems odd.

I saw that. I am a bit surprised they didn't try to keep the games and hold them elsewhere.

I’ve never heard of this reason for canceling a game before. Might be because of warm temperatures making the ice soft?
