What makes you so sure the team will last 3 seasons? Sure they may have signed a lease through 2021 however many expansion franchises collapse in on themselves long before the team takes the ice. Look up the Delaware Lightning from last summer. Hudson Havoc are rolling with 13 players that have played over 3/4 of the games. Ironwood only has 9 in those requirements. Traverse City North Stars folded over the summer as well. That is just 2 USPHL teams off the top of my head. Far too many teams are out there so what makes you so confident that the Thunder will last?

USPHL announces Charleston Colonials to join Premier, Elite Divisions in 2019-20 Charleston joining the USPHL was announced in way back in October, before Twin City announced their NCDC team. Although it was originally announced that Charleston would be joining the EHL, it appears that Charlotte Rush ownership are now in control and they obviously are on the opposite side of the USA Hockey-USPHL battle.
