how does everyone think they are gonna do this year?? do they have any chance at all to repeat?? who are some of their standout players??

Their chances of repeating are very, very low. But in this tournament, which is very quick, anything can happen, as the USA showed last year. They obviously don't have their best players overseas, so that could hurt for sure.
