I heard Manley (F) and Unice (G), don't know if those are the 2 listed. Bruneteau an Hoeffel are other possibilities. I am surprised that leading scorer Sacchetti from MN, and Miller from MI weren't considered.

Sacchetti turned down an invite to even tryout for the team this year.
