I swear they hurt the equality movement more than they help with things like this. You can't ignore the difference in revenue generated and TV ratings. The men's sports bring in more money, many times over. And it's not for lack of advertising or time slots, the women's tournament is heavily promoted on ESPN and gets prime time slots.
This is similar to an extra claiming it's discrimination if they dont get a trailer and the same pay as Leonardo DiCaprio. Entertainment and sports pay/facilities are based on the revenue generated.
Not to be obtuse about it, but there are more women than men in the US, maybe they should focus more on why women don't support women's sports more.
