I hope its sunburn. It will heal in a few days and he can play next game. If they think its embarrasing and calling it "shoulder" fine by me. If it is in fact the shoulder - again, i will start worrying. Even if he can play thruogh it it might need off-season surgery

Ofcourse they're not going to say it was sunburn, how sad is that. Borderline joke really. We will never really know, it could be both his shoulder which won't heal until the off season (pure speculation on my part but I believe it) AND sunburn just pushed him over the edge of not playing.

I figured he would be hitting the ice atleast with Kadar to test it as soon as he got the doctors go ahead.

Interesting to see if he stays on to practice with the club this morning. Doubtful but fingers crossed.
