Have you watched football since the restart? You can substitute five total players but only make substitutions three times like usual, the number of players being changed hardly makes a difference. It hasn't slowed down the game at all, at least not to my perception.

Although UEFA keeps pushing back the deadline about fans in stadiums (now April 28), there is some doubts whether Bilbao and Dublin will host games because those two venues have yet to assure UEFA fans will be allowed. All other venues will have at least 20% for now but there are some second thoughts from officials in Bavaria. St. Petersburg will allow 50%

Eight of the twelve Euro venues announced there will be spectators for Euros and there is possibility of an increase of percentage as the tournament gets close

- Budapest the most optimistic, 100% capacity but with strict entry requirements
- St. Petersburg announced 50% capacity as of now with hopes of an increase
- Baku also announced 50% capacity but with a mandatory negative COVID test upon entering the country (good luck)
- Amsterdam, Bucharest, Copenhagen and Glasgow have announced 25-33% capacity with potential to increase by the end of the month
- Wembley will have 25% capacity for the group stage and R16, with possibility of increasing it for the semis and finals
- Munich, Rome, Bilbao and Dublin have yet to provide information to UEFA; Italian government announced Rome will be allowed to have fans but they haven't precise capacity yet, Munich has changed their tune the past few days, looking unlikely, it is rumored that Bilbao and Dublin will lose their hosting rights. They have until April 19
- As of now only Baku, Budapest and St. Petersburg are open to fans from outside the country but with restrictions (they must be ticket holders already + proof of negative tests); Baku will only provide visas for fans of countries playing in that city (Turkey, Switzerland, UK)

The deadline has passed and yet no news on Dublin, Bilbao and Munich, though all three have yet to give UEFA guarantees of minimum number of fans. The rumor is that Dublin will not host any matches and those games will be moved to Manchester (Etihad Stadium); Bilbao will probably be moved to Sevilla while no news yet what will happen with the Munich games if they don't allow fans.

Bilbao officially dropped, Dublin is expected to be dropped tomorrow (their government will not guarantee fans in the upcoming months), Munich for now is still in but they might lose their knockout stage matches (believed to be because of Germany's positive relations with UEFA now)

Also today the referees were announced, your standard names but the one big news is there will be an Argentinean referee crew, part of an exchange program with CONMEBOL where a Spanish ref crew will be at Copa America. Stephanie Frappert from France will be the first woman official at a Euro, however she will be limited as only a fourth official

So UEFA finally announced the final venue plan, 49 days before the tournament

- Bilbao and Dublin are out; Bilbao games will be moved to Seville while the Dublin group stage games (Group E) will be moved to St. Petersburg and the Dublin knockout game will be moved to Wembley (which England will host if they win their group). I;m sure this will change the plans of Sweden and Slovakia especially, Sweden had their base camp in Ireland which is now probably not ideal, Poland already moved theirs while Slovakia have yet to determine their base
- Munich remains after giving UEFA a 20% capacity insurance, this is still the least of all host venues

Roberto Martinez has already announced his 26 player squad for the Euros today, he's also put out an 11 name reserve list.

GK
Courtois (Real Madrid), Mignolet (Club Brugge), Sels (Strasbourg)

CB
Alderweireld (Spurs), Vertonghen (Benfica), Denayer (Lyon), Vermaelen (Vissel), Boyata (Hertha)

Wingbacks
Castagne (Leicester), Meunier (Dortmund), T.Hazard (Dortmund), Carrasco (Atletico), Chadli (Basaksehir)

CM
Witsel (Dortmund), Dendoncker (Wolves), Tielemans (Leicester), Vanaken (Club Brugge), De Bruyne (Man City), Praet (Leicester)

Forwards
Mertens (Napoli), E.Hazard (Real Madrid), Doku (Rennes), Trossard (Brighton), Lukaku (Inter), Benteke (Crystal Palace), Batshuayi (Crystal Palace)

Reserve List
Kaminski (Blackburn), Mechele (Club Brugge), J.Lukaku (Antwerp), Foket (Reims), Vanheusden (Standard Liege), Sambi Lokonga (Anderlecht), Heynen (Genk), Saelemaekers (Milan), Verschaeren (Anderlecht), De Ketelaere (Club Brugge), Januzaj (Sociedad)

A couple of surprises here I think are the inclusion of Chadli  he's old, he's been injured for a large part of the past two years and when he's played he was terrible. I'd have taken Saelemaekers over him. Also CB Mechele of Club Brugge always being in the squad and now dropped I didn't expect either, only 5 CB's when you play a 3 CB system is a bit tight imo. Furthermore Witsel might be a gamble too, he almost certainly won't be ready for the group stage, Martinez will count on him for the knockouts but Witsel will not have played a game for 6 months, will he be good to go??

Notible omissions: GK Koen Casteels had a fantastic season for Wolfsburg, but he will miss out because he needs surgery after his final match. Fellaini was rumoured to return but that door is now closed. Divock Origi has really dropped off the map as for as the NT goes and didn't even make the reserves list. Lukebakio from Hertha only had an outside chance to make it and isn't inlcluded either.

Croatia 26-man squad + 8 stand-by players

No major surprises, because of UEFA extending the squad two Dinamo youngsters (Gvardiol and Ivanusec) make the squad, Skoric a guy in his late 20s still playing in Croatia makes it too but because Uremovic and Pongracic have fitness issues. Bradaric probably took Sosa's spot if he didn't do the 'playing for Germany' fiasco. The major issue is defense, completely out of form or playing in weak leagues
