We need to bounce back with our first win ever at u18 in april. We have a good chance with current players:

Holtz
Raymond
Gunler
Soderstrom
Broberg
Bjornfot
Grewe

Anything is possible, especially on home soil, but unfortunately I don’t think this is the team that’s going to make it. Even if they play a good tournament I have it hard to see they beating the US or the Finns which both have really good 01 born squads. Russia and Canada also have good teams in hand. I would hope they could prove me wrong but I would bet for a USA-Finland GMG, but let’s see what they can do, at least they should be free from pressure because they have gotten beaten by these teams several times before.

Really? Their performance last tournament was embarrassing, adding a couple of key players will obviously help but I don't expect to see a dominant team.
Adding Holtz, Raymond, Nybeck, & Söderström goes a really long way. No Johansson, Popovic, or Feuk is meh though.

E: also a non-injured Holmström.

Well yeah raymond and holtz were the offense at hlinka. Taking away those two players no wonder they lost.

Hearing attitude/behaviour problems with the national team regarding Gunler, much like Albin Eriksson last year. Some maturing might be needed there. Pushing the ref in the U20 league/suspension etc.. kid got a temper. I have a feeling coach "Bulan" will sort that out next season.
