    I was on the Czech-Canada (2:3) match in Písek but I didn´t have a roster. Best players of team Canada were goalie Cam Hackett and forward De Sousa. Also Cramarossa has potential.

    Btw, I forgot to add apparently there is a facebook page set up for Team Canada for this website under the heading;

    Hopefully, you can find more info on there.....I can't log onto it from work, server blocks it. Drats!

    Peace out

    Is there a place to see live stats or at least game reports after the game?

    Not that I have been able to find. The facebook page I looked at last night, lots of pics and you get scores and game MVP's but that is about it. Very Team Canada oriented obviously, as well.

    1st match

    13:00 Russia - Slovakia 4:2
    Russia team was better but Slovak counterattacks were very dangerous. Slovaks kept good result for a long time. They conceded 4th goal 7 minutes before the end of the match. Excellent performance by Slovak goalkeeper.

    It's a good year for us... very good. And pretty much the key players all were on the roster.

    Isn't the tournament divided in two groups, so this table has no meaning. I think it was like Latvia, Russia, Slovakia in one group and Canada Selects, Austria 17 and Czech in the other but teams played one game with other group team... and these points will only be counted if there's tie between the teams from the same group

    Were these the best players from these respective countries excluding Canada?

    Assuming Canada had sent the top players taken from the 42 at the recent All-State All-Canadians camp, no doubt the results would have been different. Congrats to those players who represented Canada at this tournament though, well done! It must have been a great experience.
