They changed the rules. Highest annual recapture penalty is the cap hit.
- Weber retires after his age 37 season.. Cap hit would be $24M/3 = $8M but his cap hit is $7.86M
- Weber retires after his age 38 or 39 season.. It won't be $12M or $24M anymore, it would be his cap hit
