The only video I can find of this hit thus far - courtesy of the WHL website's highlight reel from the Spokane Chiefs/Chilliwack Bruins game on 3/30/11.

At around the 1:15 mark, Tyler Stahl of the Chilliwack Bruins drives Spokane's Tyler Johnson into the boards using his elbow. Stahl was subsequently given a 5-minute penalty and a game misconduct, while Johnson would only play one more shift on the powerplay before leaving the game with an apparent concussion. Johnson was recently signed by the Tampa Bay Lightning to an ELC, and was the WHL's second leading scorer during the regular season.
