Anybody have experience with Turo? Do you guya prefer Turo or regular car renting companies like Discount, enterprise, uhaul, etc.

Always seemed sketch to me. I don't like any car rental place to be honest but at least the normal ones give you recourse if something bad happens.

Isn't AirBnB also pretty sketchy then ? Whats your take ?

Going to Maui in October and I'm trying to find the best way I could rent a car.

It can be sketch but you have to look for reputable people in reputable neighbourhoods/buildings.

I would just go for a normal car rental in Maui, unless you wanted a nice car that you can't get for cheap unless you use something like Turo.

I'm a huge fan of both Turo and AirB&B........

Like anything in life, do your research and read the reviews, it will save you a lot of heart ache!

And don't be afraid to ask questions, lots and lots of questions.

I'm a weekend warrior on Turo.....I'm in Houston, so the choices are pretty damned good.

It's fun to hop in a Bentley or 911 Turbo and head to Austin for the weekend.
