Wow Pederson is something else.

Reid Boucher has 9 goals in 7 games and Noesen has 9 in 9. It's good that he's scoring, especially as a 22 year old, but it's a long climb to a regular NHL role.

Pederson might get a cup of coffee this season depending on injuries but I think the staff is happy to keep him where he's thriving in Tucson.

Roadrunners got behind early and trailed by two before scoring four unanswered goals and lead 4-2 about halfway through the third period.

Wow. They sweep the weekend on the road after being swept at home by Chicago midweek.

I was down at the arena on Tuesday night for the 2-1 loss against Chicago. Based on their record coming in I expected much more. Nobody stuck out (Prosvetov was only OK). Almost no sustained pressure at 5-5, and the power play wasn't great.

Hope they look better next time I get down there.

Great weekend for them!

That's a little odd as we just signed him 3-4 months ago...but certainly with the rise of Prosvetov, it made Kallgren expendable and maybe he doesn't want to play in the ECHL and he probably thought he was going to get to be Hill's backup in Tucson.

Was just looking at the stats, looks like Jordan Gross is having a solid start. Anyone who watches, what do you think of him? Does he have maybe middle pairing potential?

He's great offensively but tiny. His defense has a long way to go to overcome his stature, but it is improving now that he's a regular.
