It's from date of injury. The CBA doesn't explicitly state that it's only regular season days that are counted, but that appears to be how the rule is applied.

I won’t confirm or deny because I didn’t or maybe I did see Schmidt, Tuch, Subban, Bischoff and Pirri on the ice with Prior this morning. The rink was blocked off. I was curious as to why Pirri was out there with the scratches only to just read that he’s scratched tonight.

I can't imagine them scratching him for Pirri.

Which means they'll probably scratch him for Pirri.

Practice today had Glass at 3LW, and on PP1, while Tuch is 3RW, and on PP2.
