Wow, some notables on that list

- MacKinnon all the way at #3
- Stamkos drops from #17 to #21 even after the year he had last season
- Burns drops from #8 to #28
- Eichel drops from #21 to #33
- Benn and Seguin feel too low

Before the whining starts, it's only taking into account the previous season to project the next season.

So it's a list of who will be the best players of the 2018-2019 season

Matthews at 8 oh boy . . . Fans are gonna complainnnnn.

I'm glad doughty is high and Carlson isn't overrated either.

Matthews seems a bit high, but I suppose they're extrapolating for his injury last season. I wouldn't complain too much about that, especially if you factor in any potential Canadian/media bias.

MacKinnon seems rather high for one phenomenal season.

The bottom third of this list is... pretty bad... A lot there that I disagree with.

Sunny Etobicoke
Rinne, Bobrovsky, Seguin, Giroux, Kucherov, Voracek, Kessel, MacKinnon.

Players fortunate enough to make TSN's elite list, get bumped off, and then jump back on.

Rinne and MacKinnon each did it twice.
