Their probably trying to clear out gorges and/or diaz to make room for the much anticipated return of Davis Drewiske.

That way our top 3 d-men can be Bouillion Murray and Drewiske

I don't trust this team, this organization or this owner. Gonna take a break from games until there's a positive change.

Yknow, it feels nice admitting it. And I won't be missing much hockey because the Olympics start soon.

TSN radio is reporting Bergervin has called all pro scouts to Montreal for a meeting. Speculation that Brian Gionta and Josh Gorges might be traded.

That means the organisation wants a change with their leadership core, which is a major step in another direction.

One he shoulda done as soon as he came in. Now it's just another wasted season.

And out proscouting is garbage.

I guess MB is a patient man, and now that we're slumping he finally has the opportunity to execute his plan. That's what I hope!

You're such an optimist, it's adorable.

Welcome to hell, we were literally in this position 5 years ago. And 7 years ago. And 9 years ago.

If this happens I'll have one of those things that 'pops' up in the morning upon awakening. Send a message to the leadership group that it's not good enough and to do something about it.

You can't label a player drafted two years ago as enigmatic. It's ridiculous to judge a player this fast. A player who showed he could score a lot in the NHL, too.

But I guess some people feel smart doing so.

This is just normal business. All teams are having these types of meetings right now with the trade deadline approaching and the Olympics.

Agenda Items:
1) Who's available around the league and what would the cost be
2) Who do we want to watch/scout over in SOCHI
3) Who might be interested in an extra dman - we'll have extra bodies if Drewiske is healthy and Beaulieu stays up
4) Does Bournival get sent to the AHL for more ice time during the Olympic break
5) Touch base on the 2014 draft
6) Update on our UFA's and what kind of money they are looking for
7) Who might be available in this summer's UFA market and price it would take to get them
8) Non playoff CHL prospects that might get invited to join Hamilton at the end of the season for a short look
9) Strategy regarding pre Olympics pick-ups vs trade deadline and impact on finances & salary cap.

So:

a)We're getting prospects for players and MB wants their opinions
b)We're trading some of our prospects for on-ice players and MB wants to know who he keeps
c) MB is just trading prospects for a while and building through the draft
d))We're shedding cap for small bit prospects to land one or two big fish

Some good news today . . . Guess he rolled out of bed finally anyway.

:whatever:

I was there, I was here, it was an AWESOME time to be on HF. It was like a Battle Royale, the bloodshed was amazing.

That would be foolish. It would have to be reclamation project for reclamation project and a lateish pick to compensate.

Gorges for PAP + 6th

Hey, you gotta add to the looming disappointment.
