Trouba switches to #8

Burmistrov chose to play in the KHL as opposed to re-signing here and he isn't even wearing #8 there. It's ludicrous to believe that the Jets should reserve that number for him on the off chance he decides to return.

We can sign Burmi back when he's a old man

If next year, then no real need to switch right now...and maybe Burmi will return and demand his number back

Trouba is now #8 and it doesn't matter if he gets sent down at some point it is still his #. If Burmi comes back he is in no position to demand his old # back.
