Yeah I haven't seen much from Wallmark so for. Certainly nothing that resembles any top 6 upside. But he's been ok and still probably trying to find his footing.
Just checked the stats. And the only thing he’s doing well at is FO by stat watching. All I can say is he looks terrible in a Carolina sweater.

We get cap space so we get a slight edge in the dealI mean, this trade looks like a lose for everyone lol. Everyone that both teams acquired blows haha.
Maybe the prospects can pan out and play 15 games for us while going -6 and getting an assist before being sent back down forever.
Yup. That’s significant only if GM knows what to do with it.We get cap space so we get a slight edge in the deal

Walmark has had two good games in a row. Haula played not bad tonight either.
Walmark has been fine. Honestly, I think he's more of a contributor to winning hockey than Trocheck is right now, so from that standpoint, very good short term trade for the Panthers.
1 point in 6 games with heavy 5 on 5 and powerplay minutes and a minus 4
who?
So projected to an 82-game season, Tro would be 14-pt total and a frosty -68.Think he meant Trocheck. But he is actually a minus 5.
Truly an elite force, I got a good chuckle of him playing 18 minutes on Sunday with the Canes getting 6 goals and he had no points. So projected to an 82-game season, Tro would be 14-pt total and a frosty -68.
Well, they HAD been missing a non-scoring defensive liability....Few guys seemed in aw after asking about TROs early performances on the Canes boards, around the lines he is a huge presence and everything they been missing.
Looks like the only player we traded/waved who's doing better on his new team is Hawryluk : 1 goal - 6 points in 9 games.

Fairly unsurprised by this. Ottawa's a good fit for him.
