There's a nice little article about the woes of the Senators and their tenacity sticking it out in a tough season in the newest Sportsnet magazine--the April 1 2013 issue (I got a subscription for $1/issue; it's actually a pretty good magazine).
Not sure there's much that hasn't been discussed to death on this and other hockey forums, but it's a good read. Especially worth noting is that Ottawa has far and away the most salary on IR, and it's not even close. Detroit has more man-games lost.
