Jasek goes crazy on offense but gets cut anyway. HF board gets mad, bad signings are cited.

Gaunce goes on a heroic run of offense to avoid relegation to Utica but gets cut anyway to make room for the new culture carriers. HF board riots. Gaunce has the last laugh and reports to Chicago as a waiver claim.

Pretty much this.

Aren’t you forgetting someone? A big young stud who is bursting with potential and a complete night mare to play against? How embarrassing for you to forget to mention Brendan mother****ing Gaunce.

I could see Green playing Gaudette on the 4th line with extremely sheltered minutes. Maybe.

But most likely Utica.

I think you are absolutely correct. I have the ? out for Adam as well, but think in the end it will be Utica to start. Pettersson will be the only rookie.

However, any fan in Utica looking to get Gaudette's autograph better be at the preseason season ticket holder meet and greet the Comets gathering because he won't be around long. When Pettersson isn't getting a lot of opportunity to show his skills with the fodder he will be playing with as his center, Gaudette will get his shot. If that isn't the reason, the fragility of this lineup seen in the past will see an early season injury and Gaudette will be #1 to fill the gap. That injury could occur as early as preseason and end this guessing game right off the bat.

Like Stecher before him, his visit is likely to be a short one. The plus for Uticans is the Comets open at home for the first time ever and fans will get to see him play a couple times before his recall. We never saw Stecher play any of his 4 GP with the Comets.

I think Gaudette will play most of the season in Utica unless he's one of the best forwards in training camp.He will have to look like a top line player to earn a spot.He would have to look Way better than Granlund or Gagner before they lose one of those players that will be needed when injury's hit.

Not a chance. Gaudette will show how much better he is than Gagner and Granny. FACT

A rookie will have a good camp and earn a spot. Benning will trade a 2nd or 3rd round pick for soon to be waiver wire trash blocking the rookie from making the team. Oh wait we're looking for surprises...

I think the biggest surprise to most will be that the exciting rookies don't have good camps. This isn't unusual, the more experienced guys have the experience and can sleep through camp while still doing everything the coaches ask of them.

One of the rookies will have a great camp, but because of the abundance of mediocre players they'll be sent down. Gaudette will have a good camp, but Canucks aren't willing to waive Granlund to give him a spot.

Hutton has a good camp but Green will find a minor flaw and blow it up and he'll be traded for scraps.

Hutton being out of shape last year (and him admitting as much) is not a minor flaw...If Juolevi makes the team later in the year,Hutton most likely be moved at the TDL.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA - GASP - HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHABABABA

Did you watch this team play last year....or the year before.....or the year before that. We have no players that are a nightmare to play against. We do have players that are a nightmare to watch play.
