No way of knowing without being in the room -- but reading the tea leaves it sure seems like Stevie Y may have pulled the ole bait and switch on Jarmo. Deal sounded all but done 30 mins ago. Then news broke of Kreider resigning and everyone went radio silent on this as I'm sure teams circled back on AA.

In all honesty this may be a good thing as I just don't see the fit with Torts as AA's game reminds me of Duclair. I'd rather just stand pat if he was our only target and I certainly hope Jarmo doesn't get into a bidding war over this guy.
