I have Eric Staal on my team and he has Tyler Seguin. Should I trade him Jamie Benn for Alex Semin and pair up Staal/Semin? Or should I hang with Jamie for now and see how the stars top line plays out? I could also grab E. Cole of waivers to pair up with Benn, but I dont know if I can afford to drop any existing players for him.

    Depends on stats....
If fairly standard i would stick with Benn

Well if the preseason is any indication, Benn-Seguin-Cole looked like a great line with a lot of speed and skill, so there's definitely potential for them to rack up the points. But if your league includes hits and/or PIM, I would stick with Benn.

Pairings aren't that important at the end of the day, but they can be fun to cheer for. But honestly I think you currently hold the best pieces of each of those potentially very productive lines, and I wouldn't give that up.
