This is concerning. They're going to be furious after getting spanked like this tomorrow...

Yeah, basically this.

A couple of years ago when Edmonton was in the Cup finals, they ended up blowing out Caroline in game 6. I think Don Cherry(or someone from CBC) said this was the worst type of win Edmonton could have because Carolina would be fired up for game 7 after suffering a embarassing lose. Carolina came out flying and obviously ended up winning the game and the Cup.

Holy cow - just saw the Wild score. THANK YOU Oilers!:handclap:

I can't tell if my stomach is feeling upset due to excitement we might be destined for the playoffs this year ... Or dread that this will lead to a bigger heartbreak tomorrow when we win if both Minnesota and Detroit also win:(

Regardless, so proud of how our team played the second half of the year. I'll be watching the game on TV tomorrow - hope the crowd shows their appreciation to this team so loud you blow out my speakers. Go CBJ!

Chin up. There's so many examples of the reverse happening though. (See Boston/Vancouver for most recent example.) The way you have to look at it is, Minnie was going to be a favourite tomorrow regardless. Now Minnie *might be lacking confidence a bit.

Good luck guys.
