"heavyweight" is not about their size, it's about their fighting ability. Tie Domi was a heavyweight at 5'10 210lbs.

Wayne Simmonds of the Owen Sound Attack is perfectly suited for that role (I grew up playing with him). Has a lot of skill to go along with his attitude as well.
