How about we have another 5.3 m in Hortons contract that we maybe could shed as well. That along with Haisney not coming back means we could fit him in. Or can they use the Horton contract to exceed the max cap by his salary of 5.3m?

I would say the latter is more probable. Use the Horton contract to exceed the cap. And that is only because we would have to attach a decent asset to move Horton and his uninsured contract.
