You have to put guys together that have chemistry. Kapanen and Kerfoot have connected on two goals and still aren't playing together 5 on 5.

Matthews-Nylander have 63%CF this year and Matthews-Marner are at 54%CF. Marner has a higher CF% without Matthews and Nylander as well.

Put guys together that clearly have chemistry...

You also have to be engaged to make progress. All 3 of the stars have been mostly waiting for the puck to come to them and then don’t protect/fight/whatever to get it back when the play doesn’t work.

Can’t play that way. Your highest paid also have to be your hardest workers. It’s a shame watching them and then Kerfoot/Moore/etc.
