The best forward, maybe even 2 best…the two, maybe even 3 best D and two best G are on Tampa/Boston.

C depth on that team is weak though

Pretty close but I take Leafs/Panthers due to their absolutely elite group of centers -- that's such a significant strength that it outweighs the deficiencies on D. Wingers about even, goaltending about even if Bob plays the way he did last year in the playoffs. Also, Panthers and Leafs beat both those teams in the playoffs last year...

Toronto/Florida forward group is just too strong, especially at center. And Vasilevskiy hasn’t been good enough this year to have an advantage over Bob, who’s generally been really good. Boston/Tampa have the better defense but I don’t think it’s enough, especially with Hedman slowing down. I’d probably add some better defensive forwards to the bottom of the Florida/Toronto lineup though like Lundell/Luostarinen instead of Bertuzzi and Domi.
