Pietrangelo is an Upgrade on our current 1D
Dermott is worthy of a 2LD position, maybe not as good offensively as Gards but better defensively
Ozighanov is as good as Zaitsev (or at least very close)
Hainsey will play better when only relied on for 10/15 minutes a game and Pysyk is a good 3RD.

I don't see how this is any worse. We just turned Gardiner into Pietrangelo and Zaitsev into Pysyk. Even if Zaitsev is better than Pysyk, Pietrangelo is WAY better than Gards
