Given the absolute zero return the Jays got out of this trade, they may as well have brought back Munenori Kawasaki to play shortstop for a couple of weeks until Bichette was ready to return

Just how bad was DeJong with the Jays?

He had a -62 OPS+

Three total bases in 44 ABs is.......pretty bad. Seems like he's found his game again though, good on him.

I don't know how this is even possible, but according to Baseball-Reference, DeJong's OBP is lower than his BA since joining the Giants (.190 AVG vs a .186 OBP)

Anyways, he's got a 28 OPS+ with San Fran
