Nah... The fact that Ladd is on all the lists shows that the team has nothing to do with it. Radulov might be one of those who has to prove something to most people after the draft shine disappears. I'm sure in time he'll generate a good amount of interest.

  9. this last draft was all about Carl Soderberg, baby. :)

    1. Ovechkin
    2. Soderberg
    3. Soderberg
    4. Soderberg
    5. Marek Schwartz
    6. Soderberg
    7. Malkin
    8. Soderberg
    9. Barker
    10. Soderberg

Soderberg will additonally be worthy of the 34th overall and 56th overall picks as well as the entire 7th round. Also he will overwhelmingly outproduce any draftee of that year who's name contains a 'q.' As the old lady with the dog explained to the physicist: "Sir, it's Carl Soderberg all the way down."

I see Stafford twice, so don't worry about it.

Buffalo and Nashville will be the hardest teams in the league to play in 2-3 years, we will laugh then.

I am still waiting for capman29 to hop on this thread and declare that Ovechkin rules all that is hockey, great and small, and everyone else can go f*** himself.

Outproducing doesn't always equal outplaying.. Besides, Petteri Nokelainen matched him in production with 4 goals and an assist. And this was with without his regular linemates and fellow first-round draft picks Lauri's Tukonen and Korpikoski. Enough said.

True. Radulov has a lot to prove. It takes a lot of dedication to play 82 games a year, and I wonder if he has it.

    ooooooooooh.

*sniff* Forgive me... Theres probably not a chance in hell Söderberg could have been better, because the finns are always best. And forgive me for trying to expose another player than the finns who are obviously not getting enough attention!

I saw the game vs Finland in Grand Forks. The Finns lost BAD and it should have been more than 3-0. Of course you lacked two of your top talent, but so did Sweden(salmonsson and nilsson). But that game was a fluke. Everything is a fluke. Sweden has no talents. Finns rules forever and ever.

In fact, Nokelainen is ten times the player Söderberg is, because he is finnish and was chosen before him in the draft. Its VERY important to be drafted early.. :teach:

  24. oh, how can you say there's no love for my man Carl Soderberg, steal of the 2004 Entry Draft? I gave him mad props, as the kids say. I just have a feeling about this guy...

  25. "In fact, Nokelainen is ten times the player Söderberg is, because he is finnish and was chosen before him in the draft. Its VERY important to be drafted early.. "

You can't possibly be serious, can you? What a rediculous statement. It doesn't make a differen where you are drafted. Ask guys like Pavol Demitra, kiddo. I hope you were simply being sarcastic....
