Kirill Maksimov is a dual citizen that can play for Russia internationally, are you counting him? He’s a worthy inclusion that’s better than a few of these guys.

Anywho, Svech by a mile.

Why even vote for #1? Just go to #2

Well, kind of just to make an introduction poll... but yeah, probably I won't wait the required time for this poll to close and will post the poll #2 rather soon.

Anywho, Svech by a mile.

Maksimov is not only eligible to represent Russia, but he already did that in an official IIHF event - U18 WJC in 2017, so obviously he is eligible for this poll too.

I remember last year I kept bugging you to add Kravtsov. You waited til later on to add him Idkw

Probably because not a lot of people were suggesting to add him.

Since the addition stuff has been brought up, I will probably need to clarify how I plan it to be this year: this time I will keep my tiebreaking vote, but won't be voting to add anyone myself (like it was last year) to minimize my influence. So, for example, currently we have 4 players with one vote each and if it will finish that way, I will use my tiebreaking vote to decide on who to add.

Since last year we included guys like Andrei Svechnikov and Khovanov, I’m assuming that the 2019 guys are eligible. 2020 also?
