The worst NR is Frank Boucher.Maybe he was simply overlooked.

@Sentinel ?

Doubtful it was an accident. When my list was reviewed, they noticed I was missing Frank Mahovlich, and I quickly told them it was a mistake and told them where to insert him. I never got confirmation that QPQ used my corrected list, but obviously he did (as Mahovlich has no NRs).

Best player with multiple NRs - I expected it to be Charlie Gardiner, but seems Vezina got hit by multiple NRs too. Those damn goalies.

The same happened to me and I corrected it too, but maybe Sentinel wasn't reading his PMs as quickly as us.

If he deliberately excluded Boucher, I find it pretty funny considering he had Sergei Fedorov in the 30s.

I gotta guess that blanks in the fields mean more than one person had that player in the indicated spot.
Would it be possible to populate those fields using abbreviations (e.g.: TG, TDMM, C1958, TMM, CTP etc.)?

The skinny on me: highest on: Cleghorn (my bad), Iginla (no surprise), Vasiliev (over @Sentinel), Suchý, Pospíšil. Lowest on: Mikita, Clarke. I come out of the discussion considering Mikita somewhat higher than I did before, [Mikita had a bit of help with those serial playoff failures], and slightly higher on Clarke.

Somebody (somebodies?) had Parent and Krutov higher than I did.
Somebody (somebodies?) had Crosby and H. Richard lower than I did.:)

I'm not surprised that I was highest on McGee, Stuart, Bain, Bobrov and Phillips (though Kyle M. you got me on Bowie) but I am a bit surprised I was highest on Bourque and Hall (who I definitely cooled on during the voting). I also somehow didn't get a single lowest voter.

And I did call that Bowie was 113, I demand some sort of prize ;)

Dumb question. What's the difference between the rank and the final ranking? My guess... the first "rank" was after everybody handed in their list of 120, and the final ranking was when we voted each group. Do I win a prize?

I didn't expect I'd be the lowest of all on Yzerman, Geoffrion, or especially Selanne. Or that I'd be only one of two people that NR-ed St. Louis.

I'm not surprised that I was highest on Boucher (whose ranking I stand by) or Bowie (who I overrated significantly).

I'm mildly surprised that I wasn't highest on Gerard (I'd lower him in retrospect) or Abel (I'm still pretty high on him).

Most "wow!" ranking (by somebody that actually participated) for me is seeing Earl Seibert at 26 on a list, and going the other way, Ovechkin at 59 on a list.

Jacques Lemaire and Frank McGee were my two highest that didn't come up for voting.

Erik Karlsson and Doug Gilmour were the highest ranked guys that I didn't give any serious consideration to making my list.

Sentinel certainly 'carried the flag' for non-NHL/some other Europeans and Russians, in most cases ranked higher than even I probably would have.

But good for e.g. Martinec who wouldn't have been discussed otherwise and who then seemed to get some new lift in the final voting.

Oh, and I totally assume being the lowest on Dit Clapper as a badge-of-honor thing. There are things to be proud to disagree about, and this is one of them.

There are some names that I'm surprised to see.
Steven Stamkos
Shea Weber
Carey Price
Mats Sundin

While I do consider Mike Modano a better player than Mats Sundin, having them some 30 spots apart at the end of the list (due Modano being listed more than Sundin in the first place) seems appropriate.

Marcel Pronovost was litterally one ballot away from not being named at all.

Interesting...

Gretzky at 6 eh @Canadiens1958

Additionally, I think it's significant to note that this participant was highest on twelve players, nine of them being members of the Montreal Canadiens. Combine it all together and take it for what it's worth. I think there's something to be gleaned here, when considering one's clarity and objectivity as it relates to their participation in this voluminous and exhaustive project.

Why aren't you up in arms towards the Maple Leaf fan who was the highest on Clancy, Conacher and Horton instead?
I mean... There is a lot of Hab players who actually deserve to make that list, not so much Maple Leafs (comparatively speaking).

Amongst near misses, I suppose I could've give some strong support in the last round to Henrik Lundqvist and Roy Worters (read : they would both have easily topped my last ballot, if not my last two ballots), and some support to Drew Doughty. All three were quite far from making it in the first place. Bill Quackenbush seems much better than the lowest lights from the last round (Niedermayer, Francis, Bure), but he'd probably have barely made my last ballot, if at all.

The most surprising thing in all of this is only Gretzky and Orr got ranked #1 out of 32 lists.

I ended up ranking Howe #1 in Round 2, but I thought for sure some people would have ranked him #1 in Round 1; same with Lemieux.
