Through the dog days of summer I figured I would help past the time by making these series of polls. 2005 seems like the best place to start as it was the beginning of the new NHL.

Couple of notes on how to vote and on who to suggest to add:
1) A player must of played at least one full season with the Leafs.
2) Please try to judge the players based on their play with the Leafs only.

Tell me who to add next.

Polls will run for 2 days.

The winner of poll #2, Dion Phaneuf.

Is there even a question as to why this team has been absolute garbage for as long as it has since the lock-out?

Look at the list after the 3 obvious answers:

Hal Gill - Pavel Kubina - Francois Beauchemin - Luke Schenn - Mike Komisarek - Jake Gardiner - Carl Gunnarsson - John-Michael Liles - Ian White

One of them doesn't know what defending means.
One of them skated like the ice were covered in honey.
A few of them played for 2 or 3 painful seasons and left unceremoniously through an exit only door.

Surprised to see McCabe get so many votes considering he was only really good for a year and a half after 2005 .. Once he played in the Torino Oylmpics he wasn't the same after

McCabe at his worst was still better than the other guys left on the list.
