This means not broken.
Haven't seen anything official.
This may be somewhat positive???
Although I've heard if there's cartilage or tendon damage the recovery is worse. We'll have to wait and see.

Shattenkirk is back on the doughnuts! Poor marshmallow kid needs rehab!!
I think Gorton called AV - we need to lose some games and no point to use Kevin now until next season.
Heal up, Tony D
MRI was like 4 hours ago right? How do we not have an update yet?
Don't want other playoff teams to know. It's officially a "LBI".
MRI revealed he has a lower-body injury.
No I'd rather have a broken bone over a severe sprain.
It doesn't really matter now since their season is over in a few weeks but I hope that this won't get in the way of his summer training.
Mysterious!! Cue the Twilight Zone music.
Shocked it wasn't worse. Great news!
Yeah much better than expected. Probably done for the year anyway but it shouldn’t impact his offseason prep which is good.
I was expecting a lot worse, it looked really bad
He was really lucky, good for him and us.
That Brooks article is weird, but I’m happy that it’s only a sprain. He’s seemingly planting the idea that ADA is 3rd in the organization RD chart and may be 4th by the offseason.
Only if the Rangers trade for Trouba and take Boqvist.
So he should be ready for the second round at the latest.
Why is Brooks also using sprained in quotes?
Perhaps the injury is worse than the team is making it seem to be.
