Brian Callahan spent the last five seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals as their offensive coordinator, and helped lead the team on a Super Bowl run with Joe Burrow.

I guess I'm surprised they didn't have guys poached after this Super Bowl run a couple of years ago. Those teams seem to always have someone stolen away.

Rookie HC with inexperience GM. Vrabel couldn’t deal with Carthon’s incompetence - - bad trades (Brown) and bad signings (Dillard) - - and the Titans sided with the GM.

Cartoon did not make the Brown trade

Probably time for Vrabel and the Titans to split. He got the most out of that group and they appear poised for a re-fresh. I mean between their 1st round misses with the oft injured CB Fairley, to the bust of an OT in Wilson, using a 3rd and 5th in a trade up to grab Willis only to basically cast him off a year later. The entire franchise needed a reboot.
