Time spent playing within +/-1 scores

I don't really know where else to post this, I figure this would be the best board. Is there a way to obtain data on how many minutes a team spent playing either down by 1, tied, or up by one? The only way that I can think of would be manually calculating it game-by-game through boxscores, was wondering whether there is a faster way to do it?

That's the best way that I can imagine to get it right. My guess is that it'd be easy to do with scraped data (so hopefully someone who's better at that than I am can speak up).
