Smells Like Teen Spirit - The song that got me into rock music! Completely burnt out on it now, but can't deny it's impact and greatness.
Self Esteem - Not much of an Offspring fan, but this song gets me pumped.
Killing in the Name - My favourite song on the list these days.
Under the Bridge - I prefer the All Saints version.
Song 2 - Blur - This was the coolest thing I ever heard at the time when it was released. It was a huge song in the UK. Can't emphasis it enough.

I absolutely despise Zombie and Creep.

I know. I was just doing a riff on the "Til Tuesday" thread title.

I'm kind of down on the 90's as a whole. Maybe "What's The Frequency, Kenneth" by R.E.M. or "Better Days" by Springsteen or "Suicide Blonde"-INXS.

Voted for Nirvana, though, from the choices.

I abstained from voting. More into 60s 70s and 80s stuff. That goes for hockey too come to think of it!

Teen Spirit is number one for me. Forged a genre and is too cynical and non-committal to any social movement to really ever go out of style

My nickname for Killing In the Name Of is "The Homework Song." Adolescent screeching that doesn't really hold up to scrutiny after someone graduates from college
