Last round all the standard tickets seemed sold out the day they went on sale, but closer to game days there were non-resale ones available on TM. I don't know if Amalie/Lightning make more tickets available, or people cancel their orders? I also don't know if it'll be the same for the SC, but you might want to check the day before/day of games and see if anything new is available.

I always see people up against the glass down there during warm ups so I assume so, lol. The ushers don't really get involved unless you're literally taking someone's seat I think.
