Do they describe in detail (upside/downside, etc...) every prospect from 1 to 30? or do they only describe/analyze the top 10 prospects...?

I do think they've gone downhill lately though.

From 2001 to 2004 is when it was the best imo. They has longer parts on each player and did the top 60, rather than the top 50.
