If the NHL really had a vendetta against him, wouldn't it be more satisfying to them to report that he had a NHL contract after he was playing, putting the seniors league in the awkward position of possibly having to forfit games that he played in...

Yup.. and:

"A phone call apparently came from the NHL claiming I had a contract last year, which legitimately I did,"

You'd think that rather than complaining about the injustice, he might not think about how honoring contracts isn't really just about screwing Theo.

Or maybe it is a conspiricy... by the NHLPA to make the NHL look like mean, uncaring greed bags. :D

This is not about being pro-player or pro-owner.

BOTH the players and the owners, NEED 30 viable franchises. Under the current system that is not possible. A new system is needed. .

Picking sides is all about labour negotiation rhetoric. Period. How can anyone pick sides when we can barely relate to these millionaires and billionaires?

They'll get a deal done and the name calling will come to an end with everybody having a big smile on their faces claiming some victory.
