Seems like even on a new team, it's still the same old Rick Nash
Haggerty: It's time for Rick Nash to step up in playoffs for Bruins

At half salary, he’s a very good player for them. He has been noticeable on the ice. I didn’t read the article but if the writer is complaining about Nash - playing Post-concussion - I don’t think it’s going to be hugely credible. I may be wrong but my “hot take” is that he has been making things happen. He probably pops a couple in next game.
I briefly read some of it. Mentioned Nash had 18 shots but no 5-on-5 goals. Was making things happen but not scoring. Things we've seen.At half salary, he’s a very good player for them. one year or two year deal at very minimal money (which probably won't happen) otherwise no thank you. He obviously likes ny and is no doubt i'm sure a good mentor for the team but its not worth more than a year or two for more than 3 million per. I'm sure some other team will give it to himHe is a declining player with a significant concussion history. Hopefully we have no interest in re-signing him.
