Dunno about that, just basically stating that the Isles scouting staff has been primarily concerned with Euro's the past 4 years. Most of the time they draft Euro's unless there's an American that has Boston-ties.

I think the two most likely prospects to be the "sleeper" that Milbury is talking about are...

Valabik (has the size their scouting staff seems to covet, see Mezei, Kudroc who both went higher than ranked)
Radulov (loved by some like Redline, not as high by others)

I think those two players fit the criteria he mentions.

Here's my case for Smid: In mock drafts he's anywhere from 10-25, so he's high on some draft boards and we may not be able to get him. And Milbury recently addressed the need to get better on defense.
